I acknowledge that by registering myself (if older than 18 years old)/my child for this class, I release Qatar Foundation Community Engagement and Activation, Education City Facilities, the instructors, and all people concerned with the class from any liability for any injury or accidents that may occur. I also authorize the representatives to administer any necessary first aid without limitation, and in the case of an emergency, they may take me/my child to a hospital in Qatar.
Evacuation Responsibility: In the event of any fire alarm activation or other emergency requiring evacuation, it is the sole responsibility of each individual to promptly and safely evacuate the building. I/my child must follow the designated evacuation routes and procedures without delay to ensure their/my safety and the safety of others.
I understand that Qatar Foundation reserves the right to modify, cancel, or adjust the program when deemed necessary.
Qatar Foundation will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken equipment or property of any participant.
I understand that during events or sports programs, the participant (myself or my child) is required to always wear appropriate sports training attire, including a t-shirt, shorts or tracksuit bottom, and appropriate training shoes, while also respecting local customs and dressing norms.
By giving permission for my/my child's participation in this class, I also consent to the taking and/or publication of still and moving images of my child/myself by the designated photographers.
I acknowledge that these photographs and films may be used for Qatar Foundation's marketing, media, and communications activities, including adverts, articles, and publications on different platforms. I confirm that my child is not subject to any family, care, legal proceedings, or other matters that may affect the publication of images.
I agree to register myself/my child for the above class and will pay the full amount due to guarantee my/their place before the class/term starts.
All participants must complete payment before attending any classes.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Absences due to personal reasons will not be refunded.
Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time. Participants arriving late may miss portions of the session.
In the event of any delay in the start of the programs or their cancellation for any reason, refunds will not be issued. However, a credit note will be provided, and classes will be allocated once a new date has been scheduled. Refunds will only be considered for those who provide a medical certificate stating why they are unable to participate.
I understand that vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking areas as instructed by the security or the Facility Management focal point. Qatar Foundation shall not be held responsible for any parking violations, penalties, fines, towing charges, or damages incurred as a result of unauthorised or improper parking.
