Admission:
1. Qatar Foundation reserves the
right to refuse entry to any participant.
2. All
participants must register through the Education City App using their own
account and legal name (first and last).
3. Participants
must upload a valid government-issued ID (QID or Passport) during registration.
4. If
registering a child, the parent or legal guardian must upload the child's valid
ID during registration.
5. All
participants must present their Education City App booking QR code and the
original valid ID (QID or Passport) used during registration for identity
verification upon entry.
6. Entry
is restricted to female participants aged 10 years and above.
7. Participants
under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
8. Tickets
are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.
9. Registered
participants will be issued a wristband upon entry. Wristbands must be worn at
all times while attending the event. Participants without a valid wristband
will not be permitted to enter or participate in activities.
Safety Security and Access:
1. All users
are expected to respect the facilities and the rights of other individuals. Any
user who engages in any disorderly conduct, including verbal or physical abuse,
is subject to immediate removal and possible loss of privileges. Users and
their guests are expected to promote a positive recreational environment and
behave and dress appropriately. All users are considered equal and cannot be
discriminated against because of their sex, age, race, or religion.
2. All
activities within the Education City facilities are on a voluntary
participation basis and could carry various degrees of risk of injury or death;
the users assume sole responsibility for any associated risks or injury.
Certain activities may involve strenuous physical action including, but not
limited to, muscle strength, endurance training, and cardiovascular
conditioning, and it is everyone’s responsibility to be knowledgeable of
his/her own physical condition and abilities when partaking in any activity.
3. Those
with diabetes, heart problems, high/low blood pressure, prescriptions, or any
indication of a serious medical condition should consult their doctor before
exercising or using the facility.
4. All
users are responsible for their personal belongings, and the facility staff
will not be liable in case of loss, theft, or damage.
5. All
users shall use the designated areas for eating, drinking, and smoking. No
glass or breakable containers are allowed inside the event area.
6. Personal
stereos and ghetto blasters are not allowed in the facility except when used
for pre-approved recreation programs. Loud games or activities that may cause a
disturbance to others are not permitted.
7. Always
wear proper training attire such as t-shirts, shorts (below the
knee), tracksuits, and training shoes, while respecting local customs and
dress norms. Please note: guests wearing traditional wear, jeans,
skirts, dresses, crop-tops, transparent clothing, or ill-fitted attire will not
be permitted entry. Users must adjust their attire to comply with the
dress code to take part.
8. All
rubbish must be placed in the designated waste bins.
9. No
dangerous or foul play is allowed in any facility.
10. In the event
of injuries or broken equipment, please report the issue first to Security.
11. Photography
and filming are not permitted during the event and should be approved by the QF
Communications department and building focal point, considering that
photographing without permission is strictly prohibited and may subject the
photographer to legal action.
Refund Policy:
1. If
the user wishes to cancel their booking, the refund percentages will apply:
a. Before
or within a week: 100%
b. Within
24 hours: 75%
c. During
the Activity: 50%
d. After
the Activity: 0%
2. Users
requesting a full refund, must justify the reason for their cancellation
through the Education City Application.
3. Kindly
note the refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.
4. Full
refund will be granted in the following cases:
a. Class
cancellation from the organizers
b. Date
change in event/class and the user is unable to attend.
c. Event
cancellation due to weather/emergency.
5. Instead
of requesting a refund, users may choose to book another scheduled class. They
must coordinate directly with the organizer to confirm their booking.
6. If
the user cancels their rescheduled booking, they will not be eligible for
further rescheduling or a refund.
