Ladies Sport Night: Summer Edition

Every Tuesday evening, we host a vibrant mix of fitness classes, team sports and friendly competitions. Be sure to register to secure your spot. Let’s get active together!

This event is open exclusively to women and girls aged 10 and above. Girls below 10 and boys of all ages are not allowed entry.

This is a participation-based event. Pre-registration for an activity is required for entry.
All participants are required to wear proper training attire, such as t-shirts, shorts (below the knee), tracksuits, and training shoes, while respecting local customs and dress norms.
